GET HEALING AND KEEP IT

Did you know that healing is your covenant right? – which was given to you on the cross when Jesus declared that by His Stripes you’re healed. He handed you the keys to unlock your divine health. God wants you to prosper in good health and in every area of your life. Faith is the exchange currency that you need to receive healing, which can be obtained by hearing and reading the word of God. There’s a corresponding FAITH to fight away every FEAR. Have total trust and confidence in God and you will receive your healing by believing and letting go of doubt – Doubt is a road block towards your healing and it will rob you of God’s blessings. Believe in your heart that those things which you said will come to pass. Even if you don’t see any difference, keep believing because according to the word of God it will be done to you according to your faith. Cast your fear, worry, pain, sickness on him. Cease to be anxious about the physical and hold onto the spiritual. Speak to that mountain by releasing the word of God. Exercise your authority and power given to you by God. There is an incredible power and potential in prayer. You may not see the change right away in the natural world but if you speak to them and don’t back down, you should see the mountains move.  Having done all, stand firm, stand therefore and put on the belt of truth. The battle is over, walk in victory and into your promised land to possess your possessions. Live in abundant and divine health. A life that’s greater than your natural life

Living Well

PRAYER allows you to communicate and open your hearts to God without judgement. It gives you a sense of freedom to express yourself to your heavenly father. 

MEDITATION allows you to shift your focus from the external and connect to the higher power, thereby releasing worry, fear, anxiety and loneliness. Practice breathing exercise.

HYDRATION  regulates your  body temperature, keeps joints lubricated, prevents infections, delivers nutrients to cells, and keeps organs functioning properly. Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood. Take lots of fruits and vegetables.

INDEPENDENT gives you the ability to live a fulfilling and sustainable lifestyle. You can achieve this by doing a simple regular exercise  :- walking , yoga, stretching, gardening and so much more.

Everyday is a good day

When you wake up in the morning INHALE and EXHALE , connect to the higher power who made it possible for you to be alive. Practice mindfulness, the act of being fully present and aware of who you are.

 Everyday is a good day, when you start off your day with a new mindset, feeling driven to help others, become the person you can be, or combat climate change. You can try to develop a purpose to give yourself a direction that would help you enjoy life more.

Everyday is good day, when you nurture positive environment, surround yourself with people who adds color to your life and spend time in nature which releases stress and improve your overall general health

Everyday is a good day, by learning how to be kind to yourself. Treat and nourish yourself with something special, take care of your IN and OUT health, practice forgiveness and press forward because there is an amazing plan for you both now and in the future.

Celebrate every small win, be grateful for the simple blessings in your life by celebrating every step of the way. Focus on your inner strengths and accomplishments. Live your life to the fullest by reaching out for newer, richer, deeper life – changing experiences.
