Living Well

PRAYER allows you to communicate and open your hearts to God without judgement. It gives you a sense of freedom to express yourself to your heavenly father. 

MEDITATION allows you to shift your focus from the external and connect to the higher power, thereby releasing worry, fear, anxiety and loneliness. Practice breathing exercise.

HYDRATION  regulates your  body temperature, keeps joints lubricated, prevents infections, delivers nutrients to cells, and keeps organs functioning properly. Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood. Take lots of fruits and vegetables.

INDEPENDENT gives you the ability to live a fulfilling and sustainable lifestyle. You can achieve this by doing a simple regular exercise  :- walking , yoga, stretching, gardening and so much more.
